3 Ingredient Biscuits
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar (I personally don't add this but you can if you want. I add a few sprinkles of salt instead.)
- The oven needs to be at 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix until it is combined, it will sorta look like a rough, shaggy ball.
- There are a couple of options here...you can either flour your counter and roll out the dough with a floured rolling pin. When rolling it out, the dough should be on the thicker side. Once it is rolled out, grab a pizza cutter and cut into squares.
- Or you can just do drop biscuits. Using your hands, pull a part the dough and form into a shaggy mound. You can either do 4 large biscuits or 8 smaller biscuits. Or as many as you can form!
- Grab a non-stick cookie sheet or use a sheet of parchment paper. Place the biscuits on the cookie sheet then put into the oven.
- Once the top is a little darker and they are slightly puffed up, they are done. It takes about 15 minutes but they can be in there a little longer if you want them to be more on the toasty side.
- I use these for sausage gravy but they can also be used as the bread for the meal. Feel very free to slap some butter on top or in the middle.
