Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas (I cut the bananas into chunks before putting into freezer.)
- 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
- A large scoop of PB, about 3-4 tablespoons or more depending on how much you like PB.
- 1-2 cups milk (You can use any milk you want, dairy or non.)
- Optional...
- Palm full of chocolate chips
- 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Splash of coffee
- 1/3 cup coconut
- A scoop or 2 of protein powder
- 1/3 cup of any nut you want
- Add the frozen banana, oats, PB, milk and any of the other optional toppings (or anything else you think would taste good in this!) into a blender.
- Blend until everything is smooth and combined.
- You might need to use a spoon at first but once it melts a little, grab a straw and enjoy.
